Is HotelPair free to use?

Yes, completely free! You don't pay us anything to compare prices or use our search features. We make money through affiliate commissions paid by booking sites when you complete a reservation, but this commission comes from them, not from you. You pay the same price whether you find a hotel through us or go directly to the booking site.

How do you make money?

We earn a small commission from booking sites when you click through our links and complete a reservation. This is a standard affiliate model used across the travel industry. Do you guarantee the lowest price?

We show prices from major booking platforms, but we can't guarantee we've found every possible deal. Hotels sometimes offer exclusive rates on their own websites, member-only discounts, or last-minute deals we haven't captured. We recommend also checking the hotel's direct website, especially for loyalty program members.

Can I book directly through HotelPair?

No, we don't process bookings ourselves. When you find a hotel you like, click the "Check Availability" or "View Deal" button to go directly to Booking.com. You'll complete your reservation there, using their checkout process. This means you book with a trusted platform and have their customer service for any issues.

Why did the price change when I clicked through?
